Now AI can be used to track movements of people through a wall, and model what they are doing

WiFi reflections are unscrambled by machine learning. After 100 people train the AI, 83% of them can then be recognized by style of movement.

The article offers some rather unconvincing suggestions from the researchers for medical uses that the technology might have. They do not discuss how it might be used by “the authorities” in police states, but that is not a task that requires much imagination.
