JL: Yet again, Facebook and its boss overstate what they can do ameliorate the social harm that spills off their platform. In recent public appearances, Zuckerberg has said that AI is turning the tide against terrorist use of the site. The most rudimentary of investigations by Bloomberg journalists shows that this is not the case.
