Andrew Crossland is a Professor in Practice at Durham Energy Institute and a Chartered Engineer. He is the founder of MyGridGB, an independent platform tracking the decarbonisation of British electricity in real time, and the author of Decarbonising Electricity Made Simple (Routledge, 2021). His work spans energy storage, home solar, grid modelling and energy policy. He has given evidence to UK Parliament and spoken on BBC Radio 4 on the energy transition.
